カチューシャの唄

松井須磨子 (1914) → 松井須磨子 (1914)

1914 — when a stage song became a nationwide recorded hit

Lyrics by Hōgetsu Shimamura and Gyofū Sōma, music by Shinpei Nakayama. Sumako Matsui sang it in Art Theater's Resurrection and cut it for Orient Records. Miyako-bushi / yonanuki pathos entered modern popular song and seeded the melodic "shape" Kayokyoku would inherit.
